I need to start jogging again and eating right!!! I’ve gotten so tubby…. Not that bad, but gain an inch round my waist..
My dad has might be a little confused about what...
He thinks youre not allowed to eat at all during the day, then have dinner and stuff your face afterwards with snaks.. like what the hell??? When I go for a snack after lunch, round 4ish, my dad freaks. Says this is why youre never hungry at dinner, this is why you can only manage one serving. One serving of dinner is enough, dinner is suppose to be your smallest meal… breakfast...
